They explained very carefully how to avoid damage to the skis so we wouldn’t have to pay any extra, and showed me exactly what the blades and intake looked like at the start, as that was the most important thing to avoid damage to. It was such an easy and pleasant experience with them doing all the work of taking the skis to the river, launching, and picking us back up. And two very friendly and well behaved dogs to keep you company while you watched the safety video, if you liked having them around. Big thumbs up - definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun day with no stress rental!

Met at their shop, signed all the paperwork, they answered all our questions, received a thorough training lesson and inspection of the ski,plus a basic orientation video ... read more then followed them to the launching ramp . Left our vehicle parked at the launch ramp. Reminder: you pay for the gas you use above the rental price. We put $ 20 in the tank when we were down near the Avi Resort (to make sure we made it back!) and still were charged $ 64 to top off the tank when we brought it back.
